Through Stansted Airport, commuters would be able to access Essex or East London, but it should be noted that any time gain offered by flying can diminish in the journey from Stansted into central London. At least a staggering 45 to 50 minutes is needed for Stansted Express to cover the 34 miles to Liverpool station and a single fare costs a monstrous £15.50! Whew!

London Stanstad is servied by an express train and also by other transport means such as a direct bus and taxi services.
Train to London
I recommend the Stanstad express, I think its a lot better to get the tickets at the train stations rather than buying them on the plane over , if your just going on a day return for business, as the day return can include your daily offpeak transport, its cheaper too!
Bus and Coach Services
The bus takes longer and I dont think there is much of a saving especially if you got to pay for your daily underground ticket.
